Ok, so yesterday I stated that I felt heavy. Thinking maybe it had something to do with doing it first thing in the morning. Well, I think that may be true. Today required 2 workouts. Pure
Cardio &
Cardio Abs. I did
Cardio Abs around 9 this morning & then did Pure
Cardio this afternoon. I got so much more of the workout accomplished. Makes me
wonder how much better I would be off had I stuck with it in the afternoon. Oh well.
That's in the past and now I know this is how I need to do it. I feel great today.
